Power information is an important guarantee for energy security. As technical means of safety management and risk control, video monitoring widely used in the power industry. system uses efficient processing multimodal data automatically identifies abnormal events equipment status, replacing human with machine. Video substations usually contain both visual auditory information, types are diversified. The provides a rich underlying source intelligent function, but it requires multiple service forms processing. Most edge only equipped lightweight computing resources limited battery supply, resources, weak local capabilities. has characteristics distribution, openness, interconnection, intellectualization. Its distributed, which also brings convenience security risks terms reliability. For outdoor scenario, this paper adopts edge-cloud distributed architecture to solve problem resource shortage first proposed function virtualization (SFV) At same time, protection solved by introducing blockchain establish trust among providers. Under virtualized consortium (VSCB), technology introduced into chain (SFC) realize SFV optimal allocation work mainly involves joint mapping virtual physical optimization communication resources. Problems such as large state space high dimensionality action have impact on allocation. stochastic established Markov decision process (MDP) model, optimize cost delay. algorithm (RAOA-A3C) based asynchronous advantage actor-critic (A3C) proposed. Simulation experiments show that RAOA-A3C more suitable high-dynamic, multidimensional, scenario achieved better results reducing time delay deployment costs.
